What to wear for your DUI

It never ceases to amaze me what people feel is appropriate to wear to court, especially when they've been charged with a DUI in Denver.  Judges expect an appropriate measure of respect to be displayed in their courtroom.  If you've been charged with a DUI, wearing cut-off shorts and a t-shirt with a Budweiser logo or a pot leaf emblazened across the front will indicate to the court that you are not taking these criminal charges seriously.

The story below takes this notion out of the courtroom and to the scene of the alleged crime.  This gentleman was wearing a t-shirt with a drinking theme when he was stopped and subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

As always, the accused is innocent until proven guilty.
