A Montana man was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol
when he left a jail after attempting to post bond for his wife who, coincidentally, had also been arrested for alleged DUI. What is most intriguing about this story is the gentleman's reported blood alcohol content was .201. If true, he had to have been showing some indicia of intoxication. Why on earth would law enforcement have let him get back on the street if he was that drunk?
