Nothing beats "eyes on the ground"

As a Denver DUI lawyer, most of my clients have had contact with law enforcement somewhere on the roadways of Colorado.  The reports written by law enforcement officers attempt to details their observations of a DUI suspect's driving and other behaviors.  As I read an officer's report, I frequently will pull up a given location on Google Maps, Google Earth, or some other similar application and try to follow along with the officer's description.  However, these two dimensional images just don't quite capture the scene in some circumstances.  That is why I always visit the scene so that I can really evaluate the validity of the report.  Today, I visited a scene in Aurora where the officer claimed something that was just flat impossible.

I'm looking forward to that cross examination.
