Which Colorado county has the highest alleged blood alcohol level?

The results may surprise you.  Mesa County on the western slope of Colorado has the highest alleged blood alcohol levels with an average BAC of 0.176.  The limit for DUI is 0.080.  Folks in Grand Junction are, on average, double the limit when they are arrested for DUI.

Of course, these reported statistics are published before any of these defendants have had a DUI attorney review their cases and the test results.  There are flaws inherent in both breath and blood alcohol testing.
